I am a therapist that values warmth, creativity, and humor in my sessions. I use a variety of approaches to psychotherapy, changing my style for whatever my client(s) might need in that moment. I accentuate identifying our emotions in the moment and regulating our emotional and physical reactivity through mindfulness thoughts and sensory interventions.
Therapy is a collaborative endevour. Together, we track the patterns of reactivity and compulsions within our relationships to become more conscious of our decisions we make and where they might come from.
